Ok here are the RULES for the NON PLAYER CHARACTER.
1) The NPC is here to help the story lines in small ways.. not to BECOME your story line
2)Use it, Leave it but please, dont abuse it... unless your gonna kill that particular npc
3) NPC's are the ONLY characters that you can just kill off willy nilly... but like i said before PLEASE dont OVER USE THEM
4) When Using the NPC please give a BRIEF description of the NPC in use
